Omen 15 dc0012 some Keyboard buttons not works

Hi, i had omen dc0012 gaming laptop, now i have some Keyboard buttons not works like T, X, Tap, 1,2,3,4 Escape and ESC.

Some times Keys respond and some time not its happiness after i notice when i press and hold left Shift button i see lightning in left part become lower than usually and when i release it light come back as usual, but now most of time that keys not responding, what i should be do to fix it or i need to replace keyboard panel?

We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to check to get to know its hardware is faulty, not a software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.

Actually i did check for software and make recovering to factory settings but still same issue, so 99% its hardware issues, thanks for your suggestion.
