Omen 15-dc0017nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello guys,

Have a problem with my Omen, I've played for some hours, then closed the laptop in sleeping mode. After 1 day I've opened and nothing happeds. Laptop is plugged in and charging (the charging light was orange, and after about 1 hour turn to white).

When I press power button it ligths up for... 5 sec? The fan is not turning on, hdd light is off, power button turn off and then after 3-5 sec lights up for1-2 sec, and nothing happeds.

Here is video how it looks like:

I solved the problem with customer suppert help.

I've opened the laptop next I've disconnected the ssd drive and tried to start the system. Laptop came on with message that cannot boot. I've turned it off, connected ssd drive closed the base enclosure and stared... and everything is back works fine.

Laptop had problems with booting after sleeping mode.
