Product: OMEN by HP 15-dc1047nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Omen 15-dc1047nr corrupt bios, cannot recover from recovery usb.   When I try booting up with BIOS recovery usb drive via windows key + B, I get to the same screen as when I don't have the bios recovery usb in place.  Top error on the screen is "The BIOS recovery files cannot be found or the files are corrupted."  This is despite the usb being plugged in.  Have tried rebooting and swapping the usb drive to each of the 3 usb drives on the system.

 

When booting without trying to recover bios, I have the power led lit and I hear the fan, but just a blank screen.  

 

I've tried hooking up to a known good monitor with no luck.
