OMEN 15-dc1xxx Screen flickering and lines

 
This has been posted before but no concluded to know what the best way to address this with HP???

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop screen shows me lines and flickers when i use it. I have a second monitor and it is completely normal on this one.

 

Please advise how to get this resolved and or options for parts etc.
