Product: Omen 15 en1000 (2L1F2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My brand new laptop is freezing for a split second whenever I'm trying to do something. It happens in videos every 10-12 seconds, it is even happening right now every 10 characters or so. It only does this when on battery power. IAll my drivers are up to date and I've run diagnostics from the HP support assistant. Please help! It's infuriating.

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

 

Check for the windows update ?

 

check for the BIOS update ?
