Product: Omen by HP Laptop 15-ce0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Omens charger only works for 15 seconds when I plug it in before it stops working. It charges normally when my laptop is turned off however it stops charging after 15 seconds whenever its turned on. How do I get it charging normally again?
