Product: Omen 15-dc1005na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a new Omen 15 gaming laptop very recently (only over a week ago) and it’s been working fine but suddenly it won’t turn on. I’d turned it off and unplugged it the night before but now today it’s not turning on at all. When I’ve plugged it in, the small orange light at the side of the laptop slowly blinks on and off (about every 5 seconds) and I’ve tried simple steps like holding down the power button for 30 seconds etc but nothing seems to be helping.
