Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 (2X9U9AV)

While working my omen 16 keeps restarting itself out of nowhere this issue has been for a month now and still happens very frequently for like 5 times a day or more. omen 16 is not worthy of its price and I demand a solution asap. I have also faced other issue with this device like it gets slow while doing heavier works and its mouse pad is the worse of all, it always lags and most of the time doesn't even work I have bought this from offline store and that too 5 months ago. I tried to contact hp services but they never responded. Seriously the worst service ever from hp and the product
