Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (2W6B3AV)

Omen 16 gaming laptop. Computer was idling in a game at my desk. Laptop suddenly shut off and the charging light was no longer on despite being plugged in. Does not start, and the light does not turn on.

 

I opened it and removed the battery, held the power button for a minute, then tried to turn it on with no battery and the charger plugged in, but it did not start.

 

I reinstalled the battery and unplugged the charger and tried again, but it did not start.

 

 

Please help me trouble shoot this 😞
