Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Everything should be clear from the headline.
I have an Omen16c-0013nm, AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHz, with graphic card RTX 3050 Ti  (I can provide other information if needed)
The problem that occurrs is that if I put the laptop on charger and it goes to sleep or I turn it off, when I try to turn it on whilst still charging, it just shows black screen. I need to wait for it to restart or I need to restart it manually in order to turn on. This is starting to happen often now and it is really annoying.
The laptop is only one year old.
Please, what can I do to repair this?
