Regarding your inquiry, the OMEN Laptop 17t-ck000 can support UP TO 140W GPU MAX TGP on the 3070 but only in performance mode via the Nvidia control panel. However, you should expect additional fan noise and higher temperatures when using that mode. 

 

Performance Mode is a setting in Nvidia Control panel. 

 

RTX 3070 (GN20-E5) – Default Mode: 130W; Performance Mode: 140W

RTX 3060 (GN20-E3) – Default Mode: 130W; Performance Mode: 130W
