i have a Omen 17 CB0002na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i have a Omen 17 CB0002na and same as the orginal poster, from (2019) my audio on this laptop is very quiet compared to my work laptop and iphone, everything is set to 100% volume, i've tried evry thing to fix it and hp support didn't do anything to solve the problem that keeps popping up even after updating to Windows 21H1. Is it required of me as a user to beg to solve a problem in your product?

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

   (a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
            https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp112501-113000/sp112832.exe

   (b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
   (c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
   (d) Reboot again.

Thank you, sir, for your interest, but the solution presented by you I did previously and did not lead to any different result from the year 2019 since Microsoft started updating the version of Windows 10 from version 1909 to 2004 to 20H1, 20H2 to 21H1 and I am waiting for the company to provide a definition It solves the problem of low sound, which I discovered after a long period of research on the Internet that the definition presented by you is in conflict with the definitions of power in the device, which leads to the occurrence of latency that leads to a decrease in the sound even if you use an assistant program to raise the volume, because of the existing conflict the sound decreases forcibly in a device with a value of 2000 Dedicated dollars (for games)? And frankly, I think that it is a deliberate problem on the part of the company to buy the latest models because this problem exists in most of your devices only and without providing satisfactory solutions to solve it. The evidence for the correctness of my words is a Google search and the complaints of most users of your products from the same problem, with no patient solution being provided. Frankly, this is the last purchase experience for any of your products because my money is not easily planted or earned and this device I will donate to anyone who considers this problem unimportant to him and I By purchasing a new product from with the promise that I will stay away from your company that does not respect the customer in the after-sales service and provide technical support (which actually solves the problem) and I apologize for the sharp language in the dialogue, sir, but my waiting from 2019 until now will make anyone So angry that everyone asked to listen to a good sound from my laptop

I had the same problem with my Omen 17 laptop and I think I can fix this for you. Click on the Windows icon in the lower left of your screen and then type in Omen Audio Control. Open that app, and of the 3 choices on the left choose "Output". This will bring up listening modes as well as an equalizer with presets (or you can create a custom preset that suits you).

You might have to play around a bit, but I was easily able to increase my laptop volume--substantially.

Hope this helps.
