Omen 17 Gtx 1070 work so badly

Hello everyone, after having carried out a clean installation of Windows 10, carried out, under the advice of an operator, to take advantage of the warranty that has now expired, I have encountered serious performance problems in the gaming session, only now realizing that my video card does ridiculous results, on par if not worse than an integrated video card (about 5-14 fps everywhere), since it is a GTX 1070 8Gb it seems absurd to me. Since my nvidia and chipset drivers were up to date, and I couldn't find any improvements anyway, I chose to perform a factory reset via the hp cloud recovery tool.
I still keep experiencing the same problem, despite the PC should work like it just came out of the factory. Can someone help me?
