new out the box omen 17.3 2021 model 17t-ck000

trackpad wobbles. has dead play/ slack/take up travel before the click and will stay stuck depressed. have to push hard and wipe 4  fingers up/down/sideways many times to get it unstuck/ back to centered int he cutout. thing SUCKS!!!! totally unuseable.

sent in last week and they said they replaced it. same exact **bleep**. and to clarify this is NOT an software issue, the mouse on screen always works great its a mechanical touch pad problem like the unit is loose inside the chassis causing it to slide around and get itsself jammed.

Thing is brand new and i love it otherwise but this is very upsetting. havent been able to use it as a laptop since i have to use a usb mouse even after getting back from repair...

Is there any solution or do i have to sell this for a major loss and get a different brand? Wish i could get them to exhange it for a new different model without this trackpad problem!
