So 7 months and this is still a problem?

This is just insane. No news or anything regarding a fix or a new BIOS update fixing this?

Just bought the laptop but seriously considering returning it and not recomending any HP laptops to anyone. This borders in false advertisment, online listings for the laptop have the CPU listed as having a 4,7Ghz Boost but it's limited to 4,1 Ghz since BIOS F11.
