Omen 17t

Hello I just bought the Omen 17t with the 2070 super I just got it today and my screen has a single purple line on the left side of the screen. I plugged it into another monitor and it did not appear on the other monitor. I also opened bios and it appeared in bios. I don't know how to fix it or if I should just send it in. Like I said I just got it today and it appeared the moment I turned it on. Thank you.

@palmerd , welcome to the forum.

 

I could have you run through numerous tests and never solve the problem.  You should contact the seller for help!  If you bought it from HP Store you should contact HP Customer Support for help.  This kind of damage can happen during shipping.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
