Hi
Yesterday, Windows Update notified me that a new firmware update had been downloaded and that a restart was required to install it.
Unfortunately, after installing the update, the laptop restarted but would not boot again.
The laptop has power. The fans are running. The monitor backlight is on. But not even the Omen logo is displayed.
I did a hard reset. I did a cmos reset. I even successfully completed the bios recovery process for bios version F45, using Winkey + B and Recovery USB and at the end it gave status 500. But nothing changed.
I can't use the HP diagnostic tool either. Nothing happens when I press the ESC button repeatedly.
I tested the RAM modules one by one. I have removed the hard drive and SSD. I even repeated all these tests with and without the battery. But the problem still persists.
