Omen 17t Electricity Vibration

I bought an Omen 17t laptop and when I use it plugged into a non-earthed socket, I feel vibration on the aluminum deck also, when unplugged, and an ethernet or hdmi cable is connected which comes from a non-earthed monitor/modem, I still feel vibration.


does motherboard have electricity leakage or it's normal?
