Product: OMEN 17t-cb0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've found conflicting answers to this inquiry. Such as https://www.pcmag.com/reviews/hp-omen-17-2019

My model looks the exact same, but the article only says "Omen 17 (2019)" 

I have exactly, the Omen 17t-cb0xxx with the graphics card upgraded, but everything else is the default build.

If the back lighting IS RGB, then the Omen Command Center (which, mind you, names my laptop as "OMEN 17" and not just "OMEN LAPTOP" as some screenshots have) doesn't give me the drop down options for anything. When I DO click it, the 4 options listed on the right panel are: System Vitals, Network Booster, Macros, and Performance Control. 

 

Is this an OMEN Command Center issue? or is my gaming laptop just not built for this?

Does it have Lighting option/feature as shown ?

If Yes then Yes, it has 4-zone keyboard (as shown).
