OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000 IDS Base Model
Microsoft Windows 11

When I close the lid, the laptop should go to sleep, but it doesn't.  It's fresh out of the box and I've installed Steam, Discord, and a couple games.  I've done updates to Windows and graphics.  I've uninstalled all the random garbage like McAfee and Office that came pre-installed.  The power settings clearly ask what should happen when I close the lid, and it clearly says sleep.  I also noticed the first time I manually put it to sleep through Windows that something randomly woke it up.  That was after telling it not to let any of the mouse devices in device manager wake it up.  I also can't get it to ask for a pin after waking up.  The option to select require a password on wake just never shows up in sign-in options no matter what I do.  How can something so simple be such a f@#%ing headache?
