I have an Omen 17t that changed to an unresponsive black screen one day after walking back into the room. I ran a quick system check and found that it had failed the memory quick check and there was a problem with the memory module 1: bottom - slot 1. The failure ID is U4GES2-9AV9G1-MFPW2K-40B103. The product id is 2XP14AV if that helps. What are my options to fix this?

Memory Module 1 Failure is the error.
I assume you are still under warranty? If so, HP will fix it.
