Omen Account Creation Problem

I just bought an OMEN 15 laptop and I am unable to create an account in the OMEN command center. Whenever I login and click create an account it just stays at that pop up only it doesn't even redirect me to the webpage to create my account i can't even login with google it just doesn't work when I click login. 

I tried uninstalling and downloading it gain from Microsoft store still can't login. Please help me guys.

Uninstall the HP OMEN Command Center

1. In Windows, search for OMEN Command Center.

2. In the list of search results, right-click the OMEN Command Center icon and select Uninstall to remove the app.

- or -

1. In the Start menu, click Settings, and then click Apps.

2. In the Apps & features list, click OMEN Command Center.

3. Click Uninstall to remove the app.

Reinstall the HP OMEN Command Center

1. In Windows, search for and open Microsoft Store.

2. In the store, search for and open OMEN Command Center.

3. Click Get, and then click Install.
