OMEN by HP Laptop 17-an0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought an HP Omen X Gaming Laptop, and when I first turned it on, the keyboard was backlit but once I got through setting up windows 10 it wasn't lit anymore.  When I open the OMEN Command Center, there is only Home, Macros, and Network Booster.  I have OMEN Command Center version 1.3.199 on my laptop.

The backlit keys when I first turned it on is proof that the keys can light up.  So why don't I have the Lighting options in my Command Center?  It should be there, right?

Product Name is OMEN by HP Laptop 17-an0xx

Product Number is 1KV90UA#ABA

please help.

Hello @Nai0011

Go to your first post/options/edit and remove the serial number you posted for your security.

On your keyboard, F4 is the button for the keyboard light. Press that or you might also have to press the FN key, then F4.

Does that work?
