Omen Command Center doesn't have keyboard mode options

I just got an OMEN and I don't like the red at all. My Omen Command Center doesnt have the keyboard option so I can change all the colors. I've updated the bios with the update on HP site. Is there a way to fix this? TY

It helps to post the full product number so we know exactly what you have.

The Omen 17-an0xx series is a bit older and did not come with an rgb or changable backlight keyboard.

So the option for it will not show up in the Omen Command Center.

Some of the Omen 17-1xx series does have a 4 zone keyboard with changable colors.

So it depends on which one you have.

I don't see a full product code but that is all that was entered in the model type. Either way it doesn't sound like my Omen has the option. Bummer. Thanks for your reply!

Ya sorry about that.

Next time if you need help again, go to Start and open the HP Support Assistant. It will have the product number listed there. Its a 7 digit number.
