Omen Command Center isn't installing correctly

Hello, I know there's many threads like this but I haven't found one that quite fits my issue. Nothing I've tried has worked for me. This all began when I was having an issue when it was installed when I got errors on the reward page as well as the network booster page, which told me to install again or send feedback. I've tried to attempt from the Microsoft store and it'll give a message saying "Couldn't install. We'll retry shortly" which fails and gives an error above the download bar eventually.

Not sure whats happening.

First, see if the app is still showing as installed first. If it is, uninstall it.

Next, if the Windows Store is having issues with downloading, try resetting the Windows Store.

Then go to Windows Updates and force it to check for updates.

Click the Check for Updates button, even if it shows its already up to date. If it finds any, let them install, then reboot and do it again until no more are found.

Then reboot and see if it will install the OCC from this link...
