Product: Omen 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a second hand Omen17 laptop. When I try to connect to Omen Command Center it says I don't have any laptop associated with my account. How do I sort this out ?

If we do not know the model/product number then we cannot find your software requirements.

 

We cannot look up your Maintenance/Service manuals.

 

We cannot look for any Software/Driver updates.

 

So I do not understand what you mean when you say???
