I have recently got some errors with network booster in OCC, so I tried to reinstall the app.

My app is preinstalled with original windows, so the problem is that I cant restore my app.

Please, I need your support.

Thank you

Hello @osa_omar

Please explain what you mean that the preinstalled app cannot be restored?

You can reinstall the command center. Give me some details as to what you have done exactly so I can understand whats happening.

OCC doesn't uninstall correctly so its components still in the drive and that brings several errors with reinstallation or further reuninstallation.

So I turned to recover my system and that was my solution.

For anyone who has the same issue I highly recommend to create a restore point before deleting any app or file that belongs to your system.

IF you start uninstalling stuff, yes you could absolutely cause things to break.

The OCC can be reinstalled but there are a few other files that needed updating also.

If you do have issues again, ask here and explain in detail what had happened and we can help.

Not everyone will have restore points enabled.
