Omen Command center - Laptop information not showing

Hi

Within the omen command center, the settings to manage the light on the keyboard, network booster, are not working. It shows that driver update must be done.

It worked in the beginning. Notebok is only 24 old. after installing one game, it stopped. no more possibilites to configure these settings. 

Clicking on update, app is closed, 

I have updated all what is possible using HP support assistant. Windows 10 is up to date. 

I reinstalled / resetted the Omen Command center several times.

No success sofar.

Any one an idea?

Please ONLY install OCC from Windows Store. No all available options appear under OCC for your computer for example your machine MUST have keyboard with 4-zone colors to be able to have Lighting option

Thanks. I did so. And it worked in the beginning. All available options where working. Reinstall has not helped
