Product: Omen 17-CB0006NQ
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

I have updated bios and everithing i could find on this laptop and still omen command center doesn't let me change a thing saying driver updates are needed. And telling me at start bios or firmware not latest release.

I click on update in Command center and nothing happens.

I went to the support page for this model and istalled everything. Still nothing.

Please help. It's getting frustrating.

Please use Windows Store to search for and install newer version of OCC.

Hi.

Thank you for your response, but unfortunately that is not the solution. The OCC is the latest version and the update requiered is on BIOS or firmware/drivers. And everything is up to date. 

Someone at HP call center told me that OCC is not compatible with windows 10 pro and my laptop. And i need to buy windows home. And for now i refuse to believe that because it's not right to make a product that doesn't work on a popular OS platform and do not mention anything about it on the product specifications.
