I keep getting this message on the Rewards tab and I can't find a solution.
Message: "We detected another HP Account associated with a Rewards account on this device. Please sign out and sign back in with the original HP Account to access rewards."
This is the first time i download this app so i dont understand how it is possible. I reinstalled the app and erased/repair its data too but still not work.
As i have download it today there isnt any new update.
I have tried signing out and signing back in but nothing. I even tried to login from different platforms but still like before.
It ask my age and than the message i wrote up.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
