Normally it is safe to use HP Support Assistance to update BIOS. You can also use from its support page. In your case, you can use

                 https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/selfservice/omen-15-en0000-laptop-pc-series/32827270

Which shows its latest BIOS is

Type:

BIOS

Version:

F.13 Rev.A

Operating systems: Windows 10 Version 20H2 (64-bit)

Release date: Apr 9, 2021

File name: sp113204.exe                (12.5 MB)

Description:

This package provides an update to the system BIOS. The update installs on supported compute models using a supported Windows Operating System. Restart the system to complete the installation.

Fix and enhancements:

- Provides support for Windows 20H2. - Provides support for new display panels.
