I want to know if we can use full software functionality of HP Gaming Hub like undervolting for my 7th Generation Gaming laptop?

No, the W200 series came out before the Command Center did. You wont get any of the intended functions if you install it.

Not any updates for a model that old. New features that come along, almost always go towards the newest and future stuff. They never work backwards.
