I don't need help. I'm just furious. I bought this laptop back in December of 2017. Now, 3.5 years later, I have had to use my warranty a total of 5 times. Now, I have to use it again. If its even eligible (because I purchased the 3 year warranty). 3 or 4 out of the 5 warranty uses have been because of keyboard issues (keys fading, keys flat out not working, actual keys popping off the keyboard), and now, my ALT key has nearly stopped working. And from previous experience, it will keep working for a minimal amount of time before coming to a complete halt. The same way my TAB, Shift, T, I, O, and E keys have in the past. Along with that, but after the 5th warranty use, not only did it take OVER A MONTH for them to return my laptop, but the M key consistently (even now) pops off the keyboard.

No one should have this many issues with a laptop or keyboard. I would love to request a laptop replacement, but I cant do that unless I have sent it back 4 times. So I suppose just give it half a year or a full year and ill get a replaced laptop. Again, only if the warranty still works. Which it should from the amount of stupidity I have had to deal with regarding a gaming laptop.
