Hello,
We recently bought a new OMEN laptop, and after a couple of weeks, the battery has died. The diagnostic tool shows that it is a bad battery under warranty. The tool further provided the following CT number, which I guess is a part number. Could you confirm that and direct me regarding how to obtain a replacement battery according to the warranty?
CT Number: 6GHZQC5GWBA1Y1
I can, of course, provide any of the other information that the tool returns, as needed.

You have to call HP in your country to ask them to raise a case and instructions for you to send battery for replacement otherwise it won't go anywhere or get lost in a jungle. Please try the following site first
