Product: Omen Laptop 17t-w200 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Battery is obviously swollen on my Omen laptop. Has deformed the trackpad and the area to the right of the trackpad.

 

Ive noticed many other people have the same problem with Omen laptop batteries. 

 

My laptop is no longer under warranty, but since this is a known issue I was wondering if there was a recall or some sort of support from HP on this?  Or do I just have to replace it myself? Thanks!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
