Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wd000 (7B9S0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Today I bought this laptop. In the picture of laptop it have RGB keyboard lights. 

After installing windows 11, I pressed OMEN logo printed key but nothing happened. I googled it and found solution. I need to download HP Omen Gaming Hub from Microsoft Store.

 

After running OGH I found keyboard color only can change from Omen Light Studio Software, I downloaded that too.

 

So, in the app I can see my laptop right here. But it shows some error at here for me. BTW  what is Brunobear?Screenshot 2023-10-10 085719.pngScreenshot 2023-10-10 085708.png

 

How can I fix this problem, how can I change my laptop keyboard color?
