Dear, I encountered a problem in Lightning studio, so it shows that my computer does not support Lightning studio by Omen.

Not all HP Omen machines support Omen Lighting Studio .  The specs of your machine is

 which says nothing about its keyboard.

 

No parts list

The specs of my machine says it has :  Full-size 4-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO

Therefore it supports  Omen Lighting Studio
