Omen 15 Pro
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

On none of the new Omen Pro we bought the HDMI-port works. Neither direct on the PC, nor via a 3005pr USB Port Replicator. Best guess is drivers.

I have made a full factory reset, and installed all the drivers using the Recovery Tool, and updated using HP Support tool.

But nothing ...

Also tried Win 8.1 Enterprise, same same.

Any ideas?

None.

But there was a simple answer. Connecting a HP computer with HDMI to a HP monitor using DisplayPort doesn't work.

To be honest, it is not HP specific. HDMI to DP is simply not supported.

By "On none of the new Omen Pro we bought" mean there was a typographical error and you meant to type on one of instead of On none?
