OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xf0000 (758R1AV)
Hi,
I have purchased a omen 16 laptop few months ago. My screen keyboard and trackpad stopped working I reported this to HP 1 and half months ago. They created 1 case and assigned 1 TVS engineering (authorised hp service) but they failed to give me any solution at that time so they took the laptop and handed it to me after 1 day after cleaning the laptop but issue was still there. So I called them they said sir we closed your case. You have to start a new case. I did same , I opened another case same engineer and service center assigned to me. This time they changed mother board and took around 1 and half week and handed me laptop again. Issue was still there. Now my laptop is not even starting. I need replacement of laptop. It's been 1 and half months now. I am a software engineer and freelancer my project are getting delayed I already lost one project because of that I lost 8.5 lac. Please help me. Now TVS engineering not even picking my call. I need replacement of this laptop.
