My Omen Command Center doesn`t work. I reintalled, but it didn`t fix.

What can I do with this problem?

P.S. I am from Ukraine, but my Country isn`t in list of country

I downloaded the VPN and launched myself in the USA and the application works. From this I draw the conclusion that you (the company) have a problem with the access of Ukrainians to the Omen Gaming HUB.
