OMEN by HP 15-dc1025cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I just bought my Omen 15, I know it has a RGB keyboard but I can´t change the color. The option in Omen command center doesn´t appear.

I´ve already tried reinstalling the app, updated my laptop, drivers and updates from the HP Support Assistant.

Please help!

Does your machine have 4-zone colors ?

If not, I believe your machine does not have Lighting option/feature

Regards.

The Omen Command Center recently updated, so finding the lighting option is a bit tricky compared to usual... here's a few screenshots that might help.

Click your Omen Laptop at the bottom:

Then in the top bar, press, lighting.

Does your HP Omen have white keycaps? Or red? Cause if they're red, you don't have 4 zone lighting.
