Hi since i updated my omen command center app , i cant seem to change my keyboard light as its only showing game stream in the app. please i need help my keyboard light is off curently dont enjoy it at night

Is your bios up to date?
It should be version F.05 Rev.A
To check, turn off the computer.
Press the power button and begin rapidly tapping F1.
An info menu will appear and tell you the stats.
Here is the update if needed...

Make sure Windows is fully updated.
If that doesnt work, I would uninstall the OCC and reinstall it.

Do you have Windows restore points enabled? If so, you could try rolling the system back prior to the OCC update.
Then update again via the link above.

If reinstalling the OCC doesnt work and Windows is fully updated and you cannot roll back via a restore point, the only other thing I can think of is to do an HP Recovery back to factory (F11) and reinstall Windows. Something is corrupted that we wont be able to find. Note that a Recovery will wipe the drive and reinstall Windows.
