Omen 17-an106ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I have a problem with Omen command center. The app window don't shown when app launched. Only background processes starts. I already tried:

1. Reinstalling all Omen drivers and software

2. Reinstalling OCC (many times)

3. Updating Bios

4. Checking OCC HSA service

5. Search for updates in Windows Settings

And still it's not working. If this can help, i have installed Insider preview version (1809) and have developer mode enabled

@alexstrnik  I have reported the problem.

Edit>>> I was told to ask you to turn Insider off, make sure you go back to 1809, fully update and reinstall OCC from Windows Store.  This must be done before the developer can troubleshoot your issue.

Okey. I have tried to debug app with Visual Studio 2019 just now. And two exceptions are thrown while app launches

An exception was thrown at the address 0x00007FF8AFD03EE5 in HP.Omen.OmenCommandCenter.exe: 0xC0000005: read access violation at 0x0000000000000000.

Maybe it can help developers to troubleshoot this issue)

I cannot do anymore as I am not an employee.

I have turned in the issue. All I was told was they might not support the developer edition.

IF I hear of anything I will let you know. That is all I can do. Im sorry.
