Omen command center

I can't log in too the Omen command center.

 

I got the laptop earlier today and I've tried multiple times to sing in (with an account I had just created). Each time I try I get the message: 

"An error has occurred. Please go back to the sign-in screen"

Not sure if its a software issue or a server error in the interwebs.

Try this...

If your system is new and the gaming software shows its name as the Omen Command Center, go to windows updates and force Windows to check for updates even if it shows its up to date (Its not). Then run the HP Support Assistant and grab any updates there also.

 

The software was changed to the Omen Gaming Hub. If this is your situation, updating should solve the issue.
