Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello, after a long time of uninstalling and reinstalling AMD Adrenaline Software and Omen Gaming Hub to fix frequent black screen and freezing issues on my Omen laptop 15 en0013dx, I finally discovered the root cause: Omen Gaming Hub itself.
While uninstalling the Omen Gaming Hub resolved the stability problems, I miss the smoother performance and keyboard lighting control it provided. I'm writing this to see if there's a specific setting in the app that is triggering this black screen problem. I imagine the updates have caused this problem. I have tried installing the older versions of the app but my laptop becomes incredibly slow.
