Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0021tx

Hello i just completely rebooted my pc and now the omen gaming hub is not undervolting my cpu. Every time i select the intelligent undervolt option it just restarts and nothing happens, i waited for 45 mins to just to be sure and yeah nothing happens, i have tried multiple times to remove the gaming hub and reinstall it but nothing changes.I have rebooted my pc before and this has never happened to me.
