Omen keyboard not lighting up

Hello we have a custom made pc. But we have the omen keyboard and mouse. My son just got it on Christmas day 2024. The keyboard was working great. But today the lights have gone out on keyboard. We have tried fn and f4 this did not work. Hp said to try fn and F5 and fn and f9 and fn and F10 and fn and f11 and fn and f12. Nothing has worked we tried updating server. That didn't work and we tried to see if the fn keys were on or off nothing worked so we are not sure if on or off. We have the omen keyboard for gaming and the mouse. Can anyone help please any advice is appreciated thank you.
