hello,

when open games like [ pubg pc , sniper elite 4]

with open apps [games like pubg pc ]with open apps [games like pubg pc ]

 

 

without open apps

without open appswithout open apps

 

i tired from this problem , i clean the fans and change the cooling paste but same problem

If you have already tried the steps from the document HP Notebook PCs - Reducing Heat Inside the Laptop to Prevent Overheating and the issue persists, it could be a possible hardware failure.
