HP Omen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

UPDATE:  I was able to find the BIOS update and installed it.  Unfortunately, nothing changed.

I'm trying to use newly installed Coreldraw 21 and it keeps crashing immediately.  Corel support told me it crashes  due to the NTDLL.DLL. per the crash report.  They suggested I update my HP hardware driver, especially the BIOS.  I can't find a BIOS update on HP site.   I used HPs automated update assistant and am supposedly all up to date.  However, when I look at my system information nothing has changed from before I updated to after.  I have tried to speak with a representative but the automated helper won't cooperate with my request!!!! And, wouldn't you know it, my computer warranty expired last week.  Can anyone help me?  Thank you so much!
