Omen laptop fps

Basically, my problem is this:

I play mostly overwatch on this laptop and for some reason, the fps is constantly capped at 60 fps but I know that it is capable of at LEAST 100fps.

- Plugged in, charging

- Maximum performance

- NOT In-game limiter

Occasionally play some games that strain the system more: CS:GO / Fortnite

HOWEVER

FPS is NOT capped at 60.

Problems with these games are that the fps will constantly drop to 10-20 fps for 10 secs each time.

After some snooping around I found those fps drop at the same time the GPU strain skyrockets. ( Weird because I have 4GB integrated graphics and 16gb ram)

Had this problem since I got this laptop and has found no solutions 1 year later.

Problems persist after doing a complete factory reset on this laptop.

Please advice.
